US Database of Renewable Energy Programs: a great site with lots of information about renewable energy incentives and policies in every state, funded by the DoE.

EU Directorate General for Energy and Transport: the Intelligent Energy Program is the EU’s tool for funding action to improve market conditions and move toward a more “energy intelligent Europe”.

International Energy Agency: a forum of 28 member countries committed to sharing energy information, coordinating policies, and cooperating in the development of programs that ensure energy security, encourage economic growth, and protect the environment.

European Biomass Association: non-profit whose mission is to promote the sustainable development of the bioenergy sector in the EU.

Biomass Thermal Energy Council: BTEC is a non-profit association dedicated to advancing the use of biomass for heat and other thermal energy applications in the US.

Pellet Fuels Institute: national trade association for wood pellet fuel manufacturers, equipment suppliers and other supportive industries in the US.

Wood Pellet Association of Canada: sister organization to PFI in Canada.
